Step 1 – Order

The first step is to get in touch.

Our friendly and professional sales team will work with you to create your perfect specification. We’ll also talk you through what’s required from you to make sure that you’re ready when it comes to installation.

We’ll then prepare the paperwork for you to sign. You’ll need to check the order carefully to make sure everything is as you expect.

Step 2 – Payment

Payment is due in three installments:

First installment

15% of overall order value is payable at point of purchase.

Second installment

A further minimum payment of 40% of the overall order value is due at the point of ‘booking in’ – this secures your delivery and installation date.

Third and final installment

The final balance is due no later than 10 working days before the delivery and installation date.

Step 3 – Installation

All installs are undertaken by the manufacturer’s own team of professional fitters. Installation times are dependent on the time of year (hours of daylight), size and style of building. Smaller buildings being fitted in summer months with extended daylight would normally take a day. For longer installs, the fitters will normally stay locally overnight.
